At the moment, I am specifically looking for candidates (MA and PhD) in the following areas:

  • platform policy discourses
  • platformed journalism and counter power initiatives
  • independent journalism and ‘positive dependence’
  •  cultural industries in crisis and digital acceleration
  • academic cosmopolitanism and epistemic transformations

Teaching

I started self- responsible teaching when I was a second year PhD student at the University of Vienna, Austria. I love the diverse crowd of students at SFU. In my classes we engage the material through group work, lectures, research-based poster presentations and debates on current issues, as well as on the readings.
